Individual transport is available to clients who live in Bay Area for medical appointments. This transport is provided by our drivers who pick up the client from their home, transport to the appointment and wait with client to transport them home. A fee is paid by the client and the fee charged depends on distance traveled. One day notice is required when booking a medical transport. If you would like to arrange a medical transport please call the office and any of the staff will be happy to help.

Accessible taxis are available across Bay Area and many regional centers. Often these are maxi taxis that can carry one mobility scooter (provided it can be secured in the vehicle) or two wheelchairs.  Patients able to walk or to be transported in a wheel chair are carried to and from their medical appointments and therapies in specialized vehicles staffed by qualified paramedical officers providing a level of care that surpasses that available through alternative travel methods.

Patients deemed suitable for non-emergency transport by their health care providers are moved between hospitals, residences, residential care facilities and medical clinics. Stretcher cars are equipped with state of the art  patient monitoring and resuscitation equipment to ensure that every person receives the highest standard of patient care from our highly trained drivers.
